By installing or using DraftPilot (the "Service"), operated by Agustín Azziz, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
DraftPilot is an informational and analytical tool for the League of Legends champ select phase. It reads the draft state shown in your game client and public statistics, and provides recommendations and commentary. Recommendations are advice only and come with no guarantee of any in-game result. The Service does not pick, ban, accept queues, automate, or otherwise interact with the game.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and must comply with Riot Games' Terms of Service and any applicable third-party developer policies while using the Service.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the Service; (b) resell or sublicense access; (c) use the Service, or attempt to extend it, to automate gameplay, script inputs, or gain any capability not offered by the Service; (d) abuse, overload, or circumvent our backend or rate limits; (e) use the Service in violation of Riot Games' policies or applicable law.
The Service offers a free tier and an optional paid "Pro" subscription. Billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Overwolf under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with prior notice; changes do not affect the current billing period.
DraftPilot and its software, design, and content are owned by Agustín Azziz and protected by law. League of Legends and all related assets, names, and marks are the property of Riot Games, Inc. Nothing here grants you rights to Riot Games' intellectual property.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that recommendations are accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will remain compatible with the game or the Overwolf platform. We are not responsible for match outcomes, ranked results, or any action taken by Riot Games against your account.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agustín Azziz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Montevideo, Uruguay have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and update the date; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
